Whether you are facing redundancy or you have chosen to look for a new career we provide support to individuals on a 1:1 basis. If you are an organisation going through a restructure or downsizing process we can support your people on a collective basis by running group sessions within the organisation as part of the outplacement process.

We offer career support to individuals from the private, public and third sector and at all levels - from the Board Level to administrative support roles. The key aim is help individuals maximise the chances of securing the new role they are seeking.

All our work is conducted on a totally confidential basis. We offer a range of different packages to suit individual needs and budget.
